The Congress Proceedings are published before the Congress in a DVD You will receive a free copy of this DVD upon check-in in July.
The Proceedings include all presentations (texts, videos, music, pictures etc.) submitted for the Congress. Pesentations by absentee delegates are also included.
A second version of the Proceedongs will be issued in January 2009. It will contain updated versions of all the presentations, plus souvenir photographs and video scenes taken during the Congress. This version will be sent to CID Members upon request, together with their 2009 membership renewal package.
The Procedings DVD is not sold. It is distributed to dance magazines, critics, journalists, isntitutions, promoters and many other recipients around the world. CID Members are encouraged to make copies and give them out to ensure maximum coverage.
